The Ladycat Classic almost proceeded as expected Monday night. The top-rated teams clinched victories, barring one exception. Narbonne defeated Alemany, 59-53, Monday at Brea Olinda.
Tonight’s schedule: (All games will be played at Brea Olinda.)
2:45 p.m.: Riverside Poly vs. Summit
4:30 p.m.: Brea Olinda vs. Fairfax
6:15 p.m.: Hanford vs. Canyon Springs
8 p.m.: Oakridge vs. Alemany
There were no big surprises last night at the Inglewood City of Champions Holiday Classic.

6 p.m.: Long Beach Poly vs. Redondo at St. Mary’s Academy
7:30 p.m.: Serra vs. Taft at St. Mary’s Academy
4:30 p.m.: South Torrance vs. Beverly Hills at St. Bernard
6 p.m.: Washington vs. Huntington Park at St. Bernard
7:30 p.m.: Bellarmine-Jefferson vs. Mira Costa at Morningside
6 p.m.: Bishop Montgomery vs. Long Beach Jordan at Morningside
6 p.m.: Chatsworth vs. Blair at Inglewood
7:30 p.m.: Sierra Canyon vs. Inglewood at Inglewood
