Football: Calpreps.com has state playoff proposal

The folks at Calpreps.com are fed up with the California high school bowl system. Really, they are.

They have proposed a statewide playoff involving 64 teams from each of the five traditional enrollment divisions. The regular season is reduced by one game and teams would play a maximum of 15 games to determine five state champions.
