From Baseball America comes the story on the No. 1 high school pitcher in Japan, Tomohiro Anraku.
According to the Baseball America story, he’s a 16-year-old sophomore already throwing 94 mph.
On Tuesday in a spring tournament, he threw 232 pitches in a 13-inning complete game, striking out 13.
It has provoked a debate about whether throwing 232 pitches is too much.
You think?
