The Los Angeles city attorney’s office filed an arrest warrant for a Reseda man after state Fish and Game investigators found the carcasses of 22 state-protected birds in his home, two of them in a freezer, the others stuffed and mounted. Warren F. Richardson, 26, is being sought after authorities raided the collector’s apartment and found displays of great horned owls, blue herons, hawks and a rare white-tailed kite among other birds.
