The $40-million, 445,000-square-foot Burbank Center, thought to be the largest office complex every built in Burbank, has been topped out and is scheduled for completion next fall.
The 21-story center and its connected 1,080-car parking structure are on a 2.4-acre site bounded by Alameda Avenue, Kenwood Street and Riverside and Screenland drives. The developer is a joint venture of Cushman Investment and Development Corp. and Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., the architect is Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and the general contractor is Turner Construction Co.
