The council appointed Earl White as a tenant representative to the city’s Landlord-Tenant Mediation Board. White, a loan officer for General Telephone Co.’s credit union, will fill a position vacated by a board member who moved out of the city.
An opening for a tenant alternate representative to the nine-member board still exists. Applicants should call the city’s housing office.
