Composer’s Stamp Issued

NEW YORK — The Postal Service issued a 20-cent stamp Wednesday honoring Oscar-winning composer Jerome Kern, who wrote such tunes as “The Last Time I Saw Paris” and “Smoke Gets in Your Eyes.”
