Pasadena Medical Facility Completed

The five-story, $17-million Cotton South Medical Building has been completed on Alessandro Place in Pasadena, within walking distance of Huntington Memorial Hospital, according to a spokesman for Cotton Ltd., the limited partnership that developed and owns the medical complex.
Cotton South, with 58,000 square feet of space, complements the existing 48,000-square foot Cotton North Medical Building. The buildings represent an investment value of $23.5 million. The architect is Norm Lazarine & Associates and the contractor is C.W. Driver. Hayes & Co.’s development services division is project manager.
