Continental Illinois Corp., Chicago, has elected as directors former Illinois Gov. Richard B. Ogilvie and Francis E. Ferguson, chairman of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Milwaukee. Their election is part of a board restructuring ordered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
