Corporate Park Project Planned

Irvine-based Lee Sammis Co., in partnership with Bankers Life Co., has revealed plans to develop 10 acres within the master planned Corporate Park in Irvine. The $20-million, 167,000-square-foot project will be known as corporate pointe.
Construction is scheduled for early March on five two-story structures ranging from 24,000 to 42,000 square feet of office and research-and-development space on the southeast corner of Jamboree Boulevard and Barranca Parkway in the John Wayne Airport business district.
The architect is Leason Pomeroy Associates. Teh buildings- to be constructed simultaneously-will be grouped and of similar architecture. Coldwell Banker is the Exclusive leasing agent.
