Kathy Wiener New Leader of State Escrow Institute

Kathy Wiener, president of Country Oaks Escrow Inc., Newhall, has been installed as president of the Escrow Institute of California, a trade association of independent licensed escrow companies.
Serving with her are Debbi Faber of Niguel Escrow, Laguna Niguel, president-elect; Warren Vaughn of Western Mutual Escrow Services, Orange, vice president; Patricia MacCowan of Escrow Encounters Inc., Huntington Beach, treasurer, and Sandra Bayrd of Escrow Exchange Inc., Beverly Hills, secretary.
Chuck Fulkerson continues as executive director of the 140-member association.
Wiener also operates an escrow office in Duarte. She has been a director and vice president of the institute and is a past president of the San Fernando Valley Escrow Assn.
