NME agreed to acquire Assured Life Investors.

National Medical Enterprises said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire the San Francisco insurance concern from Denver-based Woodmen of the World, a fraternal benefit society. Terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1968, Assured Investors currently operates in 13 states, including California.
