Building Sold in San Diego

Phaedron Co. Inc. has purchased the 48,000-square-foot building at 7650 Convoy Court, San Diego, from Convoy Properties for $2,925,000 and, in a concurrent escrow, exchanged the single-story building to Sickels, McLaren & Associates for a like consideration.
Sickels, McLaren has rehabilitated the building and it is ready for occupancy. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services and Property Management Division represented Convoy Properties while John Burnham & Co. represented Phaedron and Sickels, McLaren.
