Investors Buy Mission Valley Office Building

The 13-story, 200,000-square-foot Centerside I office building in San Diego’s Mission Valley has been sold for more than $35 million to Centerside I, a California limited partnership of investors from New York and California.
Coldwell Banker represented the sellers, Great-West Life Assurance Co. and LPI/San Diego Associates Ltd., the latter a California limited partnership of Bowlen Holdings Inc. and LPI Corp. Attorney Robert M. Gans of Peterson, Tehlan & Price Professional Corp. represented the buyer.
The building, commonly known as the Commonwealth Bank building, is about 85% leased. It is near the interchange of Interstates 8 and 805.
