San Diego City College Beats Grossmont in Tennis

SAN DIEGO — Leanne Strode defeated Penny Beasley 6-4, 6-0 and Alicia Smythe beat Karen Alexander 6-0, 6-2 to lead San Diego City College’s women’s tennis team to a 6-3 victory over Grossmont Tuesday afternoon at SDCC. The win gives the Knights a 5-1 record.
