Industrial Building on San Diego Site Purchased

Frank Sbicca & Co. Inc. has sold a 55,000-square-foot industrial building at 9279 Cabot Drive in the Miramar area of San Diego for $2,264,925 to a general partnership with Paul T. Brister and LPI Corp. as partners, according to Income Property Group of San Diego, which represented both parties in the transaction.
