Apartment Units in Hollywood to Hold Open House

An open house will be held on Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Hollywood Fountain South, a 73-unit Section 8 low-rent apartment complex at 6333 Fountain Ave., Hollywood.
Designed by Kamnitzer & Cotton AIA of Los Angeles, the project was built by Campbell Construction Co. of Sacramento and is sponsored and managed by Thomas Safran & Associates of Los Angeles.
Representatives of the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Department and Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency are expected to join Councilwoman Peggy Stevenson and other government officials in a ceremony starting at 3:45 p.m.
