Frito-Lay Buys Land in Valley

Frito-Lay Inc., a processor of snack foods, has purchased 3.3 acres in Sun Valley for construction of an 18,000-square-foot distribution center which is still in the planning stage.
K. E. S. Corp. of Los Angeles sold the land, at 11921 Branford St., for $1,264,000, according to TOLD Real Estate Corp. of Newbury Park, which handled the transaction.
