Fugitive on Most-Wanted List Arrested in New York

NEW YORK — One of the U.S. Marshal Service’s 15 most-wanted fugitives, who was tracked in South America and Asia for jumping bail on a drug conviction, was arrested in a Manhattan hotel Sunday night, officials said Monday.
Anthony Dominic Ciotti, 56, of Erie, Pa., had been sought since May, 1983, when he failed to surrender to begin serving a 15-year sentence.
