Club Opens in Palm Desert

The Palm Valley Spa and Racquetball Club, a development of Sunrise Co., has opened on Country Club Drive in Palm Desert, between Washington and Cook streets.
The development features 1,266 one- and two-bedroom condominiums in six floor plans, with 928 to 1,905 square feet, priced from $133,995 to $179,995.
Recreational features include two golf courses--one completed championship course and one planned executive course, 19 tennis courts and four racquetball courts.
