Drlik, Carter Lead Fullerton College Women

Debbie Drlik hit a two-run double in the third inning and Liz Carter added an RBI single in the fifth Monday to lead the Fullerton College softball team to a 3-0 victory over L.A. Valley in a nonconference game played on the Hornets’ field.

Lisa Walczy, who relieved Lisa Fresquez in the third inning after the starter left with the flu, allowed just one hit and struck out six. The Hornets improve to 22-4.
