Man Fatally Shot in Westminster Home

A Westminster man was fatally shot at his apartment late Friday, police said Saturday.
A spokesman for the Westminster police said Dung Sam, 35, was discovered shot once in the chest at his home at 7900 10th St. after police received an anonymous telephone call at 11:45 p.m. Friday.
Sam was dead on arrival at Humana Hospital in Westminster. The spokesman said police have no suspects in the shooting, and the investigation is continuing.
