The Montrachet Series at Crown Royale opens today in Laguna Niguel with 23 three- and four-bedroom single-family houses by Harshbarger Construction Corp., priced from $239,900 to $389,900.
Seven one- and two-level plans are available for immediate occupancy with 2,274 to 4,075 square feet with 2 1/2 or 3 baths, three exterior designs for each plan, two or three wood-burning fireplaces, oak kitchen cabinets and top-of-the-line built-in appliances.
Other features include three-car garages, separate interior laundry areas, air conditioning, central vacuum systems and security systems.
A monthly fee of $30.41 is charged for maintenance of the slopes in the coastal hills development near Dana Point. Four models--two of them furnished--are open daily, except Wednesday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 24711 Queens Court, Laguna Niguel, reached from the Crown Valley Parkway exit of the San Diego (5) Freeway.
