Apartments in San Diego Sold

Mira Woods Apartments, a 355-unit complex on 46.12 acres at 10320-10480 Maya Linda Road on San Diego’s Mira Mesa, has been sold for $15,675,000 by Mira Woods Associates, Degen Development Co. general partner, to Mira Woods Ltd. and J.D. Stone, principals.
The transaction was arranged by John Burnham & Co. in cooperation with the city of San Diego. The purchase was partially funded by $11.3 million in the city’s multifamily mortgage revenue bonds and 27 of the units are to be rented to low or moderate-income families.
