SDSU Women Defeat Arizona State in Track

SAN DIEGO — Outscoring Arizona State 51-3 in the six field events, the San Diego State women’s track team defeated the Sun Devils, 86-49, at a dual meet at SDSU. The victory gives the Aztecs a 10-2 dual-meet record this season and 43-3 over the past four years.
Former Olympian Laura DeSnoo registered a throw of 189 feet, 11 inches in the discus. That’s the best collegiate mark in the nation this year.
The Western Collegiate Athletic Association meets begin next week at UCLA.
