Mayor Christine Reed is part of a county delegation looking at light-rail, or electrified trolley, systems in West Germany and France.
Reed will also visit Santa Monica’s Sister City of Hamm, West Germany, where she will be the guest of the International Club of Hamm and will meet with Mayor Sabine Zeck. Councilman William H. Jennings is serving as mayor in Reed’s absence.
