Frontier OKd the sale of 25 Boeing 737-200 jets.

The airline’s board of directors authorized the sale to United Airlines for about $265 million. The deal is expected to close May 15. Under the plan, about 15 of the aircraft will be leased back to Frontier for at least a year.
