2 Quakes Hit Philippines

MANILA — Two mild earthquakes hit the northern Philippines on Monday in the same region where twin quakes last month killed six people, officials said.
No Richter scale reading was available for either tremor, both centered about 12 miles northeast of the mountain town of Baguio.
