Canadian Factory Orders Up 0.4% in March

OTTAWA — New orders to Canadian manufacturers rose 0.4% in March from February, the government’s statistics agency reported.
Orders had fallen 1% in February.
Statistics Canada said new factory orders totaled a seasonally adjusted $14 billion ($19.5 billion Canadian) in March. That compared with from $19.4 billion (Canadian) in February.
