Adray’s Signs Five-Year Lease

Nahama Investment Co., doing business as Adray’s, has signed a $1.5 million, five-year lease for the Blair Graphics Building located at 11201 W. Pico Blvd. The 26,800-square-foot, former industrial facility will be converted into a retail-sales operation and warehouse.
William Feldman Associates represented the lessor, John Best, and Adray’s was represented by Auerbach Leasing & Management Co.
