3 Held in Attack on Police as Party Turns Violent

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — A crowd of 500 partygoers pummeled police officers who were trying to break up a fistfight early Monday at a luxury hotel, injuring six of them. Three persons were charged with battery on a police officer.
