The National Law Journal was sold to Price.

Price Communications said it has entered into an agreement with the Journal’s owner, SFN Cos., to buy the Journal and its sister publication, the New York Law Journal, for $20.5 million. Price said the New York Law Journal has a circulation of 12,000. The National Law Journal, a major weekly trade journal for the legal profession, has a circulation of 35,000.
