‘Share It’

The world heard President Reagan on television say that when “Star Wars” is accomplished, we’ll share it with the Russians.
So I believe the President should immediately invite the Russians to join the United States in the research and development effort. He should invite their scientists, space and military experts now to meet with ours, to study and analyze the problem together.
Thus, with one bold stroke, Reagan will have cut the Gordian knot and postponed Armageddon indefinitely.
