More Employees Due: The City of San Clemente will hire 14 new full-time employees during the coming fiscal year as a result of the City Council’s approval this week of a $25.4-million 1985-86 budget. The budget represents a 5.2% increase over $24.1 million in 1984-85. General fund revenues during the coming year are projected at $11.6 million, up 7% from $10.8 million during the current year. Jim Hendrickson, city manager, said fast-paced development, particularly in the Rancho San Clemente area, has increased fee income, contributing to the anticipated revenue increase.
