Hovland and Dodd Are Winners in Volleyball

The third-seeded team of Tim Hovland and Mike Dodd won the Long Beach Pro Open volleyball tournament Sunday by defeating Steve O’Bradovich and Ricci Luyites.
Brent Prohoff and Scott Ayakatubby, the eighth-seeded team, eliminated the top-seeded tandem of Singin Smith and Randy Stoklos to take third place.
