San Diego Lease, Sale Transactions Told

Carmel Tech Associates has purchased a 3.41-acre site in the Carmel Mountain Ranch Research Park for $1,785,000. John Burnham & Co. represented the seller, Carmel Mountain Ranch. Commercial Realty, San Diego, will handle leasing of the proposed 80,000-square-foot building on the site.
Commercial Realty represented L. G. B. Inc., manufacturers of Gloria Vanderbilt swim and sportswear, in a five-year lease for 10,440 square feet of space in the South Rail Business Park. Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor in the $270,000 transaction.
