New Center Reaches Topping Out Stage

The first phase of Anaheim City Center, Anaheim’s first major downtown commercial complex, has reached the topping out stage, according to Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects of Los Angeles, the project master planner.
The $25-million first phase located within the center’s 13-acre site between Broadway, Harbor Boulevard and Licoln Avenue, is an 11-story office building and four-level parking structure with about 188,000 gross square feet.
