Surfers discovered the body of a man on Saturday floating among rocks at Ocean Beach, the coroner’s office reported.
The unidentified man who was found about 6:30 p.m. at the foot of Del Mar Avenue Street. The victim was wearing swimming trucks and was described as being about 35 years old, with brown hair and a mustache.
Although the cause of death was not immediately known, the spokesman said the dead man may have slipped from the rocks below the cliff.
