China chose PL International for an airport study.

PL, a joint venture of Lockheed Corp.’s Lockheed Air Terminal unit and Pasadena-based Parsons Corp., was selected to do a feasibility study for a new airport in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, which is one of four special economic zones that China has targeted for rapid development. The airport would be the largest in southern China. The seven-month study is being funded by an $800,000 grant from the U.S. Trade Development Program.
