Business Park Begun in Valencia

Construction has started on the $10-million Valencia Business Centre at 28301 Avenue Crocker, Valencia, a project of Saunders Development Corp.
The six-acre site will contain three two-story structures, two with 50,000 square feet and the third with 25,000 square feet, designed as facilities for research and development, multitenants and offices. Parking facilities will accommodate 400 cars.
Coldwell Banker is the leasing agent for the project financing by Merchantile Bank of Canada. Bob Carli was the architect. American Title Co. handled title work.
