Special dog exercise areas may become a feature of Los Angeles city parks if the City Council approves a recommendation by the Department of Recreation and Parks. The department Board of Commissioners voted 4 to 1 to permit such special canine exercise and training areas. No date has been set for the council’s consideration of the dog park areas.
