Myth of Lives Saved by A-Bombs

I firmly believe that if the atomic bomb had not been propped on Japan to end this evil war, it, or perhaps a bigger bomb, would have been dropped somewhere since. But Hiroshima and Nagasaki showed how horrible nuclear war is, and so far none has been dropped since. And, hopefully, never again.
