Villa Capri, a 24-unit Mediterranean-styled condominium development by WSL Financial, opens today in West Los Angeles with two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath units priced from $199,900 to $219,900.
Immediate move-ins are available. The units are offered in four floor plans, ranging in size from 1,450 to 1,550 square feet. The condominiums surround a central courtyard with a fountain and tile-surfaced walks. The monthly homeowners association fee is $99.40.
Features include wood casement windows, oak kitchen cabinets, coffered dining room ceilings, walk-in closets and oval Roman tub/spas in the master baths.
A model decorated by M.A.T. Commercial Interiors is open daily except Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 10367 Almayo St., north of Pico Boulevard and east of Beverly Glen Boulevard.
