Keith Lee, former Memphis State basketball star, might have broken NCAA rules when he performed summer public relations work for a Memphis auto dealer, NCAA officials said.
A former FBI agent hired by Memphis State as an adviser said this week that Lee had worked for two summers at the dealership, greeting customers and signing autographs.
