Ugandan Detainees Freed

KAMPALA, Uganda — New military ruler, Gen. Tito Okello, Friday freed 195 detainees who had been held without trial for as long as four years. Uganda Radio also announced that a dusk-to-dawn curfew imposed when the army overthrew President Milton Obote in July has been lifted.
