Chapman’s Return to Water Polo Is a Losing One, 17-9

Chapman College junior Carter Faber led all scorers with seven goals but it wasn’t enough to hold off Loyola Marymount as the Lions spoiled Chapman’s return to water polo competition with a 17-9, nonconference victory in Los Angeles.
Michael Dibb had six goals to lead Loyola Marymount (2-7). This was Chapman’s first water polo match after a 15-year absence from the sport.
