The City Council has voted to extend for one more year the moratorium on converting rental housing to condominiums.
The moratorium was scheduled to expire Oct. 1.
The council also adopted regulations establishing a $25 fee, plus a $3-per-unit charge, for landlords who file a rent adjustment application.
