Canadian Police Capture Suspected Drug Smuggler

SEATTLE — Robert Franklin Black, wanted since 1975 on cocaine smuggling charges, was captured in Canada, authorities said Sunday. Black, 44, was arrested by Vancouver police and Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the U.S. Marshal’s district office said. He was named on the Marshal Service’s list of 15 most-wanted fugitives.
