Thanks, California for having a law for the enforcement of car seat belts.
My friend was in a car accident. She didn’t put on the seat belt. She got thrown out of her car and was struck by another car. She died within an hour.
If she’d put on her seat belt, it would be a different story. She would probably be still living with her family.
