Reagan to Go on TV to Seek Summit Support

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will deliver a nationally televised speech at 5 p.m. Thursday on his forthcoming two-day summit meeting with Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev, the White House announced today.
The address is part of a pre-summit campaign to gain support for Reagan’s policies as he heads into the summit meeting Nov. 19-20 with Kremlin leaders.
